1. Shipping Destinations

We proudly deliver to customers across the United States and select international locations. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us at contact@willtopic.xyz for assistance.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We strive to process and deliver your orders promptly. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method:

  • Domestic (USA)

    • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
    • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days
  • International

    • Standard Delivery: 7-14 business days
    • Express Delivery: 3-7 business days

Note: Delivery times exclude weekends, public holidays, and order processing times.

3. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom Orders: Personalized rings or engraved items may require 7-10 additional business days for crafting.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method:

  • Domestic (USA):

    • Standard Delivery: Free on orders over $100 USD (Otherwise, $8.99 USD)
    • Express Delivery: $19.99 USD
  • International:

    • Standard Delivery: $29.99 USD
    • Express Delivery: $49.99 USD

Customs & Duties: International orders may incur additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your delivery status using this number. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at contact@willtopic.xyz.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately. We will assist in investigating the issue.
  • Delayed Shipments: We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier disruptions.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • If we cannot reach you within 7 business days, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes: You may request address or delivery method changes within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled.

9. Delivery Confirmation

A signature may be required upon delivery for higher-value orders. If you are unavailable, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or hold your package at a local facility.
